It has come to our attention that the Retail and Fast Food Workers Union is

calling an event "Community Action Against Ned's Union Busting" at Ned's

Port Adelaide Port Adelaide Mall Shopping Centre on 23 June 2021.

We would like to clarify that Ned’s Port Adelaide is NOT affiliated or associated

with Ned’s Group in any way. It has been fully and independently owned and

operated by its owner since 7 April 2016. The licence granted by the trade

mark owner for the use of the name and logo "NED'S" expired on 7 April 2021.

 

With sincerity, we appreciate your attention to this clarification and we make it

loud and clear that we support any action against any wrong doing to any

employee.
